Risen (Good Friday Programme)

This year’s Good Friday, let’s come together to watch “RISEN” which follows Clavius, a powerful Roman Military Tribune tasked with finding out what happened to Jesus following the crucifixion. The story is told through his eyes as he goes all out, following rumours and chasing clues in an attempt to unravel the mystery.

Let’s come together and spend time dwelling on Jesus’ sacrifice. “RISEN” also provides an opportunity to bring pre-believers and let them be acquainted with the story of Christ.

The 3-hour programme includes the movie plus a personal reflection segment – a printed reflection guide will be given.

Do note that this movie is in English with Chinese subtitles. It is rated PG13 due to some scenes of violence and is unsuitable for children.

Admission is free but tickets are required. Ticket distribution is after English Services, starting the weekend of 16 and 17 March, while stocks last. Each person is limited to 2 tickets.
