Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

COOS is calling for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 18 February 2024, Sunday, at 10.15am.

In our constitution, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) has to be held within a month after Easter. This year, Easter comes a bit early, leaving us insufficient time to complete the financial reports. Because of this, we are calling for an EGM and we need your vote to approve the delay of the AGM from end-April to 23 May.

Electoral Roll (ER) members who wants to participate are to register at the door
Registration opens from 7.45am in the Atrium and Plaza
Please bring proof of identity: IC, Singpass or driver’s licence
Doors for 10.45am service will open at 10.30am
