Suicide and Self-Harm: Spot Signs, Save Lives!
19 October (Saturday) | 4.30pm – 6.30pm
Galilee Room @ Level 3

In the run-up to World Mental Health Day in October, our COOS Counselling Ministry is holding a talk to spotlight the issues of suicide and self-harm. The speaker, Charlene Heng, is a practising Social Worker and the Deputy Director of Samaritans of Singapore (SOS). She will be sharing how to spot the warning signs of suicide and self-harm, what are the facts and myths about these two issues, and what are the dos and don’ts should we encounter someone who is facing such challenges.

Come gain insights on spotting the signs that can help save lives. Sign up for this talk at go.coos.org.sg/sos.

COOS is a family; let us learn to journey with one another through different challenges we may face, including mental health challenges.
