Caregivers-to-Caregivers (C2C) is a 12-week training programme by Caregivers Alliance Limited (CAL) to equip caregivers with understanding of various mental health issues, learning communication and problem-solving skills, as well as coping strategies while journeying with their loved ones with mental health issues.
