CHECKING IN & OUT AT SERVICES

CHECKING IN & OUT AT SERVICES

From 17 & 18 April 2021, the safe check-in process for admission to church services will be done via a new system implemented by the government, called SafeEntry GateWay (SEGW).

Those who have been using your handphone
No need to scan the SafeEntry QR code anymore unless you would like to have a record of the places that you have visited. All you have to do is to activate the TraceTogether App and bring it close to the SEGW device (in the range of 1-25cm) to be detected.

Those who have been using your TraceTogether (TT) Token
Just bring your token close to the SEGW device (in the range of 1-25cm) to be detected.

However if your token is at low-battery or not working, it will not respond. This will indicate that you need to replace the battery or the token at a community club.

Those who still have not collected your tokens are strongly advised to do so. Scanning of ICs & Work passes will not be used once the Govt announces that all venues MUST USE TraceTogether only.

Members and visitors to COOS may now check out by tapping your TraceTogether (TT) token or mobile phone (that has the TT app downloaded) against the SEGW Check-Out Device.
SEGW Check-Out Devices are placed at 4 exit points on the ground floor. Please refer to the photos for location.
Do note that check-out process is NOT mandatory, nor will it be monitored by COOS.
Checking out when you leave COOS can provide more accurate data for the authorities should contact tracing be required.
Prevailing Safe Management Measures (SMM) are still in place and need to be observed by members and visitors when in COOS. Let us continue to play our part to win this fight against COVID-19.
