Evergreen Ministry has invited Dr. Carol Tan to COOS on Thursday, 1 August. She will share the latest advances on how to age well, avoid hospitalisation, and minimise the risk of disease and disability.

Dr. Carol Tan is a specialist in Geriatric Medicine who headed Geriatric Medicine Services in teaching hospitals, including Singapore General Hospital. She has been involved in setting up and licensing eldercare services, including nursing homes and dementia services. She is also passionate about helping everyone age well.
