Talk For Parents: Youth Suicide Prevention Awareness (Hey!FAM)

This talk is to build awareness and through it support for youths who may face challenges or obstacles that could lead to suicide ideation. We welcome parents, guardians, educators and those who are interested in supporting youths. Come join us for an informative session that is conducted by a speaker from Samaritans of Singapore (SOS).

This talk includes time for Q&A and other interactive activities. The speaker will cover:
– Local suicide and self-harm statistics/ trends among youth
– Suicide and self-harm warning signs
Facts and myths
– First responder – Dos and don’ts
– Community resources
