Grief and loss is often tied to bereavement, but we can also experience it in life transitions, health challenges, job changes and more. If you are navigating grief and loss, you are not alone on this journey. Come and find hope, comfort and healing.

Speaker: Li Zhen is a full time therapist working in Counselling and Care Centre since 2019. Prior to this, she has been a social worker for 10 years, working in palliative and end-of-life care setting as an Medical Social Worker. Currently, she sees individuals, couple and family for issues pertaining to mental and relational health. Li Zhen is also a fellow worshipper in COOS.
