Zumba Gold + Rummikub

COOS Connect

Come try out Zumba Gold—a dancercise set to upbeat music. This is a lower-intensity version of the Zumba fitness programme, which makes keeping fit fun!

Our Zumba Gold group is open to all. Join us on the dates listed from 2pm to 3pm. Interested participants need to turn up in our Atrium in comfortable exercise wear and proper shoes.

*After the Zumba session ends at 3pm, do stay for a few rounds of Rummikub and fellowship. It’s an easy but engrossing game that is easy to pick up. We look forward to seeing you soon!
