Zumba Gold is a lower-impact version of the regular Zumba fitness program but retains all the benefits and FUN! Our sessions are open to all, and participation is free. Just meet us at 2.45pm in the Atrium (pictured) on these Friday afternoons:

No registration is necessary – turn up in comfortable clothing and shoes and be ready to dance, stretch, and keep in step with the music!
After the Zumba sessions, hang out with us for a game of Rummikub to keep our minds sharp!
